Welcome to the Southampton F community (SHF), consisting of 64 Unit Owners covering a diversified background of interests, talents and ages. We are part of a 55+ gated community located at the intersection of Nob Hill Road and 77th Street in Tamarac, FL and are one of ten buildings that comprise the Southampton Neighborhood of Kings Point. We are THE luxury building of Southampton with 9-foot ceilings and the most spacious units in the neighborhood. Our units have knockdown textured walls and ceilings as well as bullnose corners throughout. All our units have a lovely water view. Our neighborhood has 24/7 security, and our building is directly across the street from the Neighborhood Pool and Clubhouse. The Kings Point Clubhouse and Palace Theater are conveniently located directly across the street from our neighborhood.
